we were shocked and deeply saddened today to hear of the death of our dear friend, musical mentor and constant supporter Salvatore Cusato aka CASCO. a full tribute will follow shortly but in the meantime we present the second interview we did with him, done just prior to his appearance at the first Magic Waves Festival in 2009.
